Nusa Lembongan is a natural and scenic island situated just off the southeast coast of Bali. Along with two other islands, Nusa Penida and Nusa Ceningan, have formed a beautiful cluster of islands. The cluster is separated by clear waters and rich in biodiversity. These islands are under the administration of Nusa Penida District, Klungkung Regency.
Cilinaya Dance is one of the Balinese classical dances, created in 1986 by the dance artist Prof. Dr. I Wayan Dibia, SST., MA. Initially, this dance was created to be performed by Sekaha Gong Patra Kencana Singapadu, Gianyar - Bali.
According to the choreography, Cilinaya Dance belongs to the "group-dance", where the whole dance is performed jointly by the dancers. This dance is performed by 4-5 female dancers.
Buda Cemeng Klawu is a day devoted to Bhatari Rambut Sedana or Goddess Lakshmi. Special offerings are made and arranged together with the place or box, which is used to save money. This is an expression of gratitude for the abundance and fortune of Goddess Lakshmi.
