The name of Nusa Dua is derived from two small reef island located on the beach. The Water Blow is a unique attraction here. The beach itself is beautiful with pleasant white sand. While the tide is low you can see the beautiful coral reefs along the coast.
The beach is located in the District of Kuta Selatan, Badung Regency, Bali. The surrounding area has been well developed and supported by facilities such as: hotels, villas, resorts, restaurants, souvenir shops, theater, and more. There is also a beach footpath for morning walk, beachside jog or bike ride. Also available foodstalls (warungs) and parking lot.

Nusa Dua Beach Water Blow
Water Blow is a unique attraction in Nusa Dua. This attraction is located on the cliff edge and near the Grand Hyatt Hotel.
To reach this place, visitors can follow the route onto the wide grass field on the small island at the beach. Then follows a path on the field toward the southeast up to the gate that reads "Water Blow".
This location offers a direct view of the Indian ocean and there is a large narrowing gap. The big waves rolled onto the cliff and caught in the gap. Then being lifted through the gap up to the cliff above and create a white giant splash that look like a "blowing up" of water. The larger wave will create a higher blow over the cliff so be prepared to get your clothes wet.
There is also a jogging track on the grass field which often used by visitors to exercise. On the return from the spot, visitor can visit the Mall Bali Collection, Theater Devdan Show, and The Museum Pasifika.
Unique Wedding Venues In Bali
At first, the location around the water blow is just a flat area with sharp rocks and a bit dangerous. Then by the BTDC trimmed and made a safe path.
The path is complemented with guardrail and the simple building features at the end of the cliff. Now, the Water Blow becomes a romantic wedding photo shoot location.

The Beach Location
This amazing beach is close to other tourist spot such as Tanjung Benoa Beach, Mengiat Beach, Geger Beach, and Sawangan Beach. This place is reachable by all transportation and only 11 Kilometers (about 15 minutes) from Ngurah Rai International Airport.
Area Condition
This beach is situated in the Sub-District (Kelurahan) Benoa and influenced by Moderate Climate (D type climate based on Schmidt-Ferguson climate classification maps).
Moderate Climate here have a humid season start from November continues to April. Dry season runs from April to October. The month of November become the turning point to rainy season.
The district of Kuta Selatan has high rainfall on the month of December, January, and February. Average temperature in Badung Regency range from 22,8 - 32,9 degrees Celsius. Wind speed range from 4,2-8,0 knot (about 4,8-9,2 mph or miles per hours). Humidity range from 77-84%.

There are no entrance fee and only standard parking charge. The enclave area is managed by Bali Tourism Development Corporation (BTDC) powered by the Government.
Entering the enclave, visitors will enjoying the beautiful garden landscape along side the road. Green grass, rows of coconut trees, and other landscaping plant give an unique shades in the middle of the tourism enclave.
