KSPN aimed to improve the competitiveness of Indonesian tourism destinations in a sustainable manner. The KSPN program performed along the 7 kilometer to the shores of Sanur Beach, Mertasari Beach and Sunrise Beach such as zoning regulation, creative industry, marine tourism, and the development of the pilot villages in Serangan.

The event is a seasonal religious festival intended to send a symbolic message to the Hindu God to create abundant crops and harvests.
The three traditional kite flows during the festival include Bebean (fish-shaped), Janggan (bird-shaped) and Pecukan (leaf-shaped). The kite constructed from bamboo and cotton cloth. Bali sky during this season is full of kite.
Blanjong Temple Sanur
Blanjong Temple notable as a temple for important inscription, stone pilar shaped, called Prasasti Blanjong. Established by the first king of the Balinese Warmadewa Dynasty, Shri Kesari Warmadewa.
In the Blanjong Inscription, the king describes his military campaign in the island. The king leading a military expedition to establish a Mahayana Buddhist government in Bali. The inscription dated on Caka year 835 Caka or 913 AD. Shri Kesari Warmadewa ruled in Bali in 882 AD until 914 AD.
Le Mayeur Museum Sanur Beach Bali
This museum was originally the former home of notable Belgian painter from Brussels, Adrien-Jean Le Mayeur de Merpres (9 February 1880 – 31 May 1958). Le Mayeur was fascinated by the culture of Bali Island, Balinese people's traditional way of life, temple rituals, and local dances.
Le Mayeur got acquainted with Ni Nyoman Pollok, nickname "Ni Pollok", who later on became model for his paintings. Three years later, Le Mayeur and Ni Pollok got married and he kept on painting with his wife as his model.

Jeladi Willis has visibility start from 5 meters up to 15 meters. This dive site is located in the eastern side of Sanur Beach and has a depth about 20 meters. Note that the current can be strong here. This place is home for nudibranchs, stingrays, scorpion fish, octopus and other marine life.
