1. Beach Flag

2. Rip Currents

This hazard can be very strong and pull you outward from the beach faster. You should swim in groups or at least have someone besides you, to always supervise each other and provide assistance when needed.

4. Sun Burn

Sunlight can be very hot, usually from 10am to 4pm. When doing activities at this time, make sure you apply sunscreen and does it as often as possible, especially after you swim. 5. Hydrate
